NET 30 Account Customers

To place an order you will be asked to:

1. Review the curricula you wish to order.

2. Fill out the online “product order form” [HERE]. (Please be patient, with some broswers, the form can take up to 10 seconds to load.) 

3. Log-in with your store email address. You will have to create a password the first time visiting the site. Do this with the Password Reset option. Once your password is set up, you will be ready to place your order.  

4. Once the order is completed, click “downloaded order” (bottom of form) and save to your desktop.

5. Email your downloaded .pdf order form to Customer Service.

6. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is received.*

*Most orders received before 10:00 [CST] are processed the same day. 

Special Note Regarding Shipping:

Customers are responsible for shipping cost. Please take note of the three shipping options. Unless otherwise requested, all Net-30 orders are shipped using the most cost-effective means. In most cases, this is done through USPS Media Mail. 

NET-30 FAQ

1.  Question - Who can use the Net-30 service?

AnswerThe Net-30 service is offered to churches, schools, and health-care providers, previously approved by Growing Families International, and who order curriculum throughout the year in substantial volume.   

2. Question - As a Net-30 customer why am I not ordering directly from the website order page? 

AnswerSince 99.9% of our customer pay online, the store coding is set up for payment “at time of checkout.” Net-30 Account customers fall into the category of “special orders”, requiring our customer service staff to process your order and override the required "payment at checkout" protocol.

3.  Question - Are the product prices the same as those listed in the GFI Bookstore, including sale items?

Answer: Yes.

4.  Question - How will I know my order was received?

Answer: You will receive a confirmation email when your order is received by customer service.  (If you do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours, please contact Customer Service.)

5.  Question - How will I know that my order was actually processed?

Answer: You will receive a second email containing your invoice, order number, product list, and shipping cost. 

6.  Question - Once I submit my order, how long before it actually ships?

Answer: Most Net-30 orders are processed and ready for shipment within 12 to 24 hours.
